
Policies
1. Payment Policy
Payment is due at time of service.
Recurring services payment is due on arranged scheduled dates.
Late payments will incur a $15 fee.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A 20% Cancellation Fee applies to all services.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 20%.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours before the service without penalty.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if cancellations are made more than 48 hours in advance.
4. Vaccination & Health Policy
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses.
Proof of vaccinations is required prior to services.
5. Behavior Policy
Aggressive pets or those with unreported behavioral issues may not be accepted.
6. Late Pick-Up/Drop-Off Policy
Late drop-offs or pick-ups by clients will incur a $25 fee every hour that the pet is not picked up or dropped off.
7. Emergency Policy
In case of emergencies, veterinary costs are the client’s responsibility.
8. Travel Fee Policy
To travel across any Bay Area Bridge Toll for same day services, it will be a $10 charge. Thank you for your support!
Accommodations Fee ($96 - $180 per night)
This fee covers overnight lodging during our stay in your area. Staying nearby ensures we can provide timely care, maintain your pet's routine, and be available for any emergencies.
Travel Fee ($25 - $80 per day)
This fee accounts for transportation expenses, such as fuel, tolls, and the time required to travel to and from your location. It also allows us to dedicate the necessary time and resources to your pet without compromising our availability or quality of service.
By including these fees, we guarantee a seamless experience where your pet remains our top priority while we handle the logistics.
9. Liability Policy
Nomad Nuzzles is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or damages caused by pets during or after services.
10. Holiday Policy
An additional fee of 20% applies to services on all major federal holidays unless covered by a subscription plan.
11. No-Show Policy
Failure to show up without notice will result in the full service charge.
